Preparing for your 5-Star Getaway at Balsam Ridge Forest Domes in New Brunswick

Check-in Days

To keep the forest quiet and our domes sparkling, we follow a set check-in schedule. Check-in days are Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.

The 2-Night Minimum

Most of our stays require at least two nights, trust us, you’ll want that extra time to truly unplug!

Long Weekends & Summer

During peak season (when school’s out through Labour Day) and on all long weekends, Friday check-ins require a 3-night stay to ensure you get the full, unhurried forest experience.

Gift Cards & Single Nights

  • Gift Cards: If you’re lucky enough to have a Balsam Ridge gift card, please email us to book so we can apply your credit personally.

  • Single Sunday Nights: If you see a “single night” gap on our calendar, these can sometimes be booked for $369 + tax. Some of these can be booked online, and if they are not selectable as a single night stay, email us and we’ll get it set up if it’s available.

Bringing the Crew?

  • Extra Guests: Our rates include up to 4 guests (the Fun Dome accommodates up to 6!). If you are bringing an extra adventurer, a $50 fee applies for additional guests aged 2+.

  • Infants: Little explorers under two stay for free! Just let us know if you’re bringing an infant along so we can ensure your dome is perfectly prepped for your family’s arrival.

  • Pets: We believe that if you love your pet enough to bring them on a forest getaway, you must be a pretty awesome human! To include pets in your stay, simply add them via the booking tool (a $50 fee per pet applies). You can find our full pet policy here.
