The cancellation options are listed below:

30+ days from original booking date:

  1. Change your date with no penalty or fee (see conditions below).
  2. Full refund minus a $45 cancellation fee.

14-29 days from booking date:

  1. Change your dates for a $15 change fee (see conditions below).

0-13 days from booking date:

  1. Unable to change or modify dates.
  2. Able to switch the booking into another person’s name for a $15 change fee.

Conditions for date changes:

  • Rescheduled date is not eligible for refund.
  • Rescheduled bookings are subject to rates at the time of the change.
  • Second and subsequent reschedules permitted 30 days ahead of stay.
