Imagine embarking on a romantic walk with your significant other at Balsam Ridge Forest Domes, and leading your partner to a private, enchanted setting amidst the trees. It’s a moment you’ll both never forget, and one that sets the tone for a lifetime of love and happiness.

Large lit marquee letters that say “Marry Me” on a tree in our forest
48 long stem roses
Bottle of bubbly on ice
Charcuterie picnic box
Four custom cupcakes from Bake My Day
Polaroid camera loaner with a box of film for you to capture your moments together
Custom Balsam Ridge dome ornament
Also includes: A blindfold if you would like to keep the surprise top secret as you lead your partner to the discovery, as well as a tripod and selfie stick to capture additional photos.
All of these items will be set up and waiting for you upon arrival. You will be given a walking guide to get to this secret spot, it is a two minute walk along a trail from any of our seven domes. It is very easy to locate, but it is not on our regular hiking trail, so there is no chance that another guest will stumble across your magical moment.
Alternate Setups:
This can also be set up inside your dome so it’s discovered upon arrival, or in your dome’s loft to be discovered during your first walkthrough. We can also set this up midway through your stay while you conveniently go “out for a drive” or to lunch.
Additional Requests:
If you would like us to incorporate the engagement ring into the picnic or roses we are happy to do so.
We are often asked to set up treasure hunts that lead to surprises, and we are happy to do that at an additional cost.
We are also able to further customize this experience if you have additional requests. The sky is the limit on this offering and we are happy to tailor it with you to make it perfect.
