What is Tree Mail?
Tree Mail is a unique service that delivers surprises and essentials directly to your dome when you stay multiple nights. Each morning, except for your departure day, you’ll find a special delivery hanging from a tree outside your door. Inside, you’ll discover a curated selection of treats and games designed to enhance your stay.
What’s included in Tree Mail?
- Personalized surprises: Each Tree Mail delivery is tailored to your preferences and interests.
- Delicious treats: Enjoy a variety of snacks to satisfy your cravings.
- Engaging games: Have fun with our selection of board games, card games, or outdoor activities (in addition to game baskets already available inside each dome).
- Essential deliveries: Need extra towels, dishwasher pods, or toilet paper? Tree Mail has you covered, without disturbing your privacy.
Laundry Service
For added convenience, we now offer an on-site laundry service for an additional fee. Simply request a laundry bag, fill it with your items, and leave it outside your dome. We’ll pick it up, launder it, and return it to your door.
Our laundry service includes:
- Separate handling of guest linens
- Delicate laundry laundered in a bag
- No dry cleaning or ironing
- Same-day return (usually)
If laundry is a priority, the Farmhouse Dome is the ideal choice, offering an in-unit washer and dryer at no extra cost.
